Security
Each cooperative's data is separate; nobody sees anything but their own cooperative.
The accountant records payments, the secretary keeps the register, the board reads without changing.
Every addition, change and deletion is recorded with who made it and when.
Passwords and members' codes are never stored as typed, and every connection is encrypted.
Our story
Lewan began as the system of the Higher Institute of Political Sciences Housing Cooperative, founded in 1987 to build homes for its members at cost. The cooperative's records moved into it in full: members, memberships, payments and balances. Today we offer the same system to other housing cooperatives.
